Pickle Crafted Sandwich brand was developed for Mount Charles to be used within their university catering contracts in Dublin, Ireland. The brand is student-centric, using apparel giveaways, discount offers and meal deals to attract the student demographic within the campus. Bright colours, retro typography and a brand mascot all set this brand apart from its local rivals.

The brand can currently be found on the college campuses of Maynooth University and Griffith College.
